Step 2: Bench Proof
The ideas are reviewed by our design team who get to work creating a bench mockup. This serves as a realistic idea of how the finished bench will look. The mockup will be emailed to you for final approval before we start the manufacturing process.
The mockup is started only after the initial downpayment is paid.

Laser Cut, Bent, & Weld
The horse memorial bench is cut from a single sheet of metal and bent into shape. This process reduces the amount of needed welds; yielding a stronger bench.
Abrasive Blast
Next, the bench is sandblasted to a white finish. The abrasive blasting removes impurities from the metal surface and creates a profiled surface, similar to sandpaper .
Prime & Powder Coat
Last, the memorial bench is primed and powder coated. This gives the bench a weatherproof finish that is resistant to chips, scratches, scuffs, and peeling.
