Powder Coat
Powder coating is a beautiful option for indoor metal signs. Each laser cut sign is placed through a sandblast, prime, and powder coat process. The colors are available in a variety of shades from neutral tans to vibrant blues. This allows for you to choose the perfect color to match your home or business. Stainless Steel
Stainless steel signs are designed to be both modern and classic, creating a truly timeless look. The metal sign is available as a single layer option, or can be paired with other metal plates to add a pop of color. Stainless steel metal works for indoor and outdoor signs without succumbing to rust and corrosion that could destroy the integrity of the metal.
Rustic Finish
The rustic finish is one of our most popular finishing options. To achieve this style, the metal is first laser cut into the sign design. A special formula is then applied to the metal to start the rusting process. Once the sign has sufficiently rusted, a clear coat is applied. This gives the sign an almost ‘wet’ look that is perfect for indoor installations.
Blackened Steel
Blackened steel is one of our newest finishing options that is perfect for business signs. To achieve this look, the sign is first sandblasted to remove oils and other impurities. A formula is then sprayed onto the laser cut sign. It is allowed to dry for up to twelve hours before a clear coat is applied. Blackened steel is only available for indoor signs.
Outdoor Signs
The outdoor signs are created to withstand harsh weather conditions, while staying new for years to come. To achieve this longevity, our team provides a few metal finishing options to choose from. Each of these finishes add beautiful luster without succumbing to rust and corrosion. Below are our outdoor sign finishing options.
Powder Coat
Powder coat is twice as thick as the average paint, providing the perfect finish for an outdoor commercial sign. The powder is applied to the sign via an electrostatic spray gun. It is then placed in the oven and baked at 400 degrees. This process melts the powder right into the metal sign, leaving a durable coating that is resistant to chips and scratches. Stainless Steel
The stainless steel sign is a beautiful and modern way to brand your business front. It works perfectly as a stand alone metal piece, or with a rustic or powder coated sign layered with it. When choosing stainless steel, your design options are limitless. Stainless steel doesn’t actively corrode, stain, or rust as other metals do, making it the perfect option for an outdoor metal sign.
Rustic Finish
Rustic signs are a beautiful addition to home entrances, business fronts, and other commercial or private properties. Once the sign has been laser cut, a special solution is then applied to the metal surface. This solution expedites the rusting process. Once the sign has sufficiently rusted, it is packaged up and shipped to you. The installed sign will then continue to rust naturally.
